Grilled Tilapia Fish
Tilapias originated in Africa, in fresh water lakes(lakes contain little to no salt). Today, Tilapias are farmed, prepared and served at different tables around the world.
Many cultures eat grilled fish, but the most common to me is the grilled Tilapia fish. Growing up in East Africa, you found grilled Tilapia as a major dish in restaurants. If you traveled to different countries in Africa, you’d find that we all share the same love for grilled fish.
To prepare, the fish is usually washed and scored. Then, marinated and stuffed as desired day of or overnight. Lastly, the fish is grilled and served on a plate with a sliced lemon for taste.YUM!
