Honey Salmon with Avocado Dressing Recipe

 

Give a big welcome to this gal here because I just became the newest kid on the Youtube block. I contemplated for a while on whether I wanted to be on camera or remain behind the words on paper or on my blog. To be honest with you, being on camera in any kind of way was never a thing for me, I was always very awkward. I’d write myself the best script in the world, but freeze up as soon as I got on camera…Well, maybe I’m exaggerating but you get the point.

Earlier this month, I launched my first Youtube video in which I talked about a new skincare routine that I’ve been using for a month now(blog post coming soon). Anyway, I followed that first video up with a food demo, which you’re familiar with if you follow me on Instagram. Anyway, I made a quick and easy Salmon recipe that’ll turn your meal prep or date night up a few notches. I don’t know about you, but with a busy work and life schedule I don’t have time to spend hours on hours cooking everyday. That is why I love making quick and simple meals!

If I’m not at a tasting, I’m probably dining at home. And I tend to get bored eating the same thing everyday, so I enjoy playing around with my food. This Salmon is so delicious, you probably won’t have any leftover. As for the Avocado dressing, I recommend making it chunky like mine(add onions last) and use any left overs on your tacos or as a snack with chips.

 

Honey Salmon with Avocado Dressing



Salmon:
1 Salmon Fillet
Salt & Pepper


Avocado Dressing:
1 Avocado
1 cup Cilantro
1 Cup Green Onion
1 cup Onion(Optional )
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Ginger
1  tsp Salt
Olive oil

Honey Glaze:

3 tbsp honey
1/2 juiced lemon
Garlic Powder
1 Tsp ACV
